Terms of Use

Last updated: [date]. These terms apply to JomSponsor ("we", "us"), operated by [your business name, SSM no.], and to anyone who creates or views a page on it.

1. The service

We let organisations create a sponsorship page that shows a target, progress and a list of sponsors. We do not collect, hold or process sponsorship money. Sponsors pay the organisation directly, and any dispute about those payments is between the sponsor and the organisation.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for everything on your page, including sponsor names, logos, amounts and payment details. You confirm that you represent the organisation named on your page, that the information is true, and that you have permission to publish each sponsor's name, logo and details.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the service for fraud or scams, to impersonate an organisation or person, to collect money for a purpose other than the one described, or to publish unlawful, misleading or offensive content.

4. Reports and removal

Anyone can report a page. We may review, suspend or remove any page, without refund, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law, and we may share information with the authorities where required.

5. Fees and refunds

Publishing, extending and removing branding are one-off fees shown before payment. A page stays live for the period stated at purchase. Fees are non-refundable once the page has been published, except where required by law.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Export your data regularly. After a page expires, we may delete its data after [12] months.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected page.
